If you wanted that represented in an ability I'd write one that was something like... "YO ADRIAN, WE DID IT!" (Results): After any fight in which Rocky is rostered loses by no more than 5% of the total vote (or 1 vote, if the value of a single vote would be greater than that) or wins by any amount, his team will receive an additional 5 EXP to distribute amongst themselves for that day's battle.
