I understand the thought behind this, but for many firms, it takes quite a bit of investment to move. Now they're going to move two more times to get a participation trophy?

The real criticism of this plan is just how ridiculously high this one-time bonus would be to justify the investment to move back, the obsolescence or at least renovation of their current facilities, and the higher variable costs of being in the US. Unless there are big logistical or supply chain savings... "lol."


Well the legal definition of moving is gonna be interesting. Many of these companies are legally based in Delaware already.

So what exactly is going to constitute moving?
