It's so odd how many people on here seem to have less problems with people who literally identify as Neo-Nazi sympathizers expressing their freedom of speech but simultaneously condemn NFL players for it.

Except nobody is STOPPING NFL players from speaking on what they want. They're CRITICIZING it, not STOPPING it. Just like Nazis can say dumb shit and we can say it's stupid, football players can kneel and we can say it's stupid. Also big difference:

1. NFL players are under contract and are basically employees/agents of the NFL. Them deciding to protest during the game is like if I come to work with pink pussy hat and a big NEVER TRUMP sign. I'm ALLOWED to do it and my employer is ALLOWED to fire me for it.

There's a big difference between what people do on their free time and what they do on their employer/company's time.

Why do liberals and Trump criticizers seem to completely unable to grasp these simple facts? If my employer found out I went to a march over the weekend during my free time and tried to punish me for it would be WAY different than if I actually bring my protest into the workplace.

your last paragraph ruined the rest of your post worse than your already debunked argument.

literally can't tell the difference between White nationalist marching with weapons while preaching rhetoric that has traditionally gotten people killed, and NFL players kneeling during a song that is delaying the game they came to play.
