- I speculated something, and although it may have come off as a claim, I never intended for it to come out as "I believe this to be the truth," which you still seem to be hung up on

Then you very poorly worded the headline and content of your initial topic.

- I don't think you understand the point I was trying to make about Operation Northwoods. I don't think you understand what a shadow government is. They don't like presidents who work for the people, hence JFK's assassination. You claim to be a "centrist," but you don't understand what goes on behind the curtain? Christ, man, read up on your history. Don't get caught up in the fake theories and dismiss the legitimacy of the ones that are prevalent.

See, that's the rabbit-hole. You don't want to go down the rabbit-hole. While there *are* government elements persist across administrations, etc, believing that a shadow government can secretly run everything without being exposed is silly because it's *very* hard to keep secrets when you involve a lot of people.

As for the Kennedy assassination, the most reliable conspiracy is the mob hit one (since a mobster killed LHO and Kennedy had issues with the mob) but there are a lot of really fun conspiracy theories, everything from LHO wasn't actually LHO (and was instead a Russian sleeper sent back, something claimed by disparities in height, etc) to it being done by other politicians. However, the Illuminati-esque shadow world government has always rung hollow.

- Your statement on marriage makes no sense at all

Well-educated people tend to marry later in life. You've chosen to marry well below the median age for your gender, which is more typical of lower-educated people.

http://abcnews.go.com/WNT/story?id=130884&page=1
The U.S. Census Bureau survey shows that since 1970, the median age for women to get married increased by 4.3 years to 25.1 years; for men the increase was 3.6 years to 26.8 years.

In general, some of the greatest predictors of lifetime success (well, more in terms of financial stability) include education, delaying marriage, and delaying children.

And did you just get married or have you been married for a few years now?

- I never pulled any kind of Erik at all, but if anything is Erik-y, it's your confirmation bias

You're promoting a debunked, nonsense theory and relying on sketchy claims to support it. That's something Erik frequently did.
