Can you teach sunday school to kids? What would you teach them?

I could. I wouldn't, though. If I were to teach anything it would be in a secular environment, and even then, I wouldn't so that with kids.

How much of it was about the Bible, and how much of it was about stuff relating to the Bible?

It was a lot of spiritual philosophy stuff. How God is "three people but one person at the same time". Apparently, that's literally one of the biggest mysteries of ""the universe"", but I call it BPD. We covered the seven deadly sins a lot. If anyone wants to know why exactly Catholics don't like homosexuality or transexual(ity?) I could tell you that in great detail.

How did Noah restore the balance between predators and prey after the flood, starting with only 2 of each animal?

God "made it happen". Noah's ark is not a fable according to Roman Catholicism and they really believe in it.

and people really believed in things like gods, minotaurs, pegasus, etc. doesn't mean it was real
