It is an invasion of privacy of the person/people in question from what is allowable. You will get thrown out of places and even possibly charged for a disturbance of peace depending on the manner of how it actually goes down.


Hate to break it to you, but you've probably had a trans person use the restroom while you were in there atleast once in your life.

Most trans people don't announce that they're trans when they're going into a restroom. They just go in and do their business.

The people raising the stink are the ones suddenly going "Wait, I don't want them in there!" now that it's suddenly a hot topic.
