When you disengage from logical, adult discussion about the facts of the article, and start making up shit (e.g. "This whole thing is just a publicity stunt put on by the parents to get paid") that's when the conversation breaks down and there is nothing to make a rebuttal to. If you want to be taken seriously, make mature, adult posts. If you want to be laughed at for being a shitposter, then pull assumptions about the kid and the parents out of your ass.
