The resemblance to Kyoko from Madoka Magica is uncanny. Most people who saw that pic and didn't reverse-image-search it would assume it's her without a second thought. But indeed, the tags on the image are telling me that it's Yuno Iwabane, a character from the later Gonna Be The Twin-Tail light novels that go beyond the point where the anime ended.
