| Doctor Foxx 08/10/17 3:38:11 PM #87: | Almost at 4 weeks now and I've dropped 4KG. I'd like to attribute that to healthy eating but I just haven't been eating all that much. Not eating animal products kind of limits the quick easy to access food. Really need to figure out my own recipe for veg meatloaf or nonmeat patties. --- Never write off the Doctor! ...
