The 2 options in 2020 made up 9.71% while the 4 options in 2022 made up only 8.78% and Id argue the 2020 options hurt Skyrim more. DMC, MGS and FF all went up in 2022, while Persona, GTA and Skyrim fell. Persona like you said for obvious reasons since SMT is in the poll and Rune Factory and Yakuza likely affects it more than RE and Civ did.
