https://www.masterduelmeta.com/articles/news/december-28-2023/master-duel-forbidden-list-update Kashtira gets hit hard, stun decks get hit hard, Purrely gets hit moderately hard, a pre-emptive hit basically confirms new Superheavy Samurai support is coming in the next pack, Floowandereeze catches yet another stray bullet, and Dragon Link gets hit hard but also benefits from all of the Dragon Rulers being fully unlimited all at once so I guess maybe they come out even. Konami really just said "fuck it, full power Dragon Rulers" and let them all go free.
