ChatGPT doesn't know about the Open Hand Foundation.

I tried again. I gave these inputs:
Tell me about the Open Hand Foundation.
It is a charity for dementia, dedicated to the Completionist's mother.
The Completionist forgot to donate the money.

It replied each time saying it didn't know anything about anything I said. I then told it:
Write me a letter for the Completionist to apologize to donating money after many years of collecting it.

That provided a generic letter that said Dear [The Completionist's Name], so I asked if it knew who the Completionist was. It said yes, so I told it it to write it in his tone. It did, but still with [The Completionist's Name]. I then asked it to add his name. I then realized it was generating the letters to him. I then told it that the letter should be from him.
