It's basically a dedicated playthough in which you prioritize finishing Lonesome Road as early as possible, before ever visiting the Strip for the first time; this allows you to get the rare Blackjack version of the Courier Duster, and nuke both the Long 15 and Dry Wells (and get the rewards for both) without any permanent faction rep loss. But you're right, the Blackjack Duster won't be all that valuable if you're shudders at the mere thought of it doing a low-LCK build in NV. Oh yeah I've done this before, but I probably didn't wear it because the only time I swear the dusters is when I'm wearing those + a power armor helmet to cosplay the Shockmaster.
