Obviously I don't know these parents or any details.. but I can definitely see things a parents does falling into "they should be punished too for their intentional negligence/active support" like other parents encouraging violence of not securing guns etc. I'm asking how Aristoph knows *these* parents haven't done anything that would fall in that category. ...
