Topic	People who pass going the speed limit or barely above it

You shouldn't be passing somebody who's going the speed limit. in what state are the majority, or even a noticeable amount, of drivers going the speed limit? everywhere I've been, the norm seems to be 5 over, with a lot of people doing 10 or more. i've driven past countless state highway patrol officers going 10 over and haven't gotten pulled over for it, ever. i sure hope all you guys who are so strict about the speed limit stay all the way over to the right.
