He's already been found liable for sexually assaulting E Jean Carroll, for defaming her where he'll have to pay money again to her and in regards to the case with Trump Org he and his children have already been found liable and what's happening now is determining how much Trump will have to pay as disgorgement. Being found liable is the civil case equivalent of being found guilty. His criminal trials regarding the insurrection don't begin until next year so there's nothing that he can be held accountable for until then other than violating protective orders.
