It's not digusting but it's annoying to eat it that way. Pizzas don't need such large toppings like that.

Where are you getting meatballs on pizza that they aren't at least sliced? Everytime I've ordered meatballs on a pizza it's either a bunch of meat hemisphere, or they squashed them flat. Admittedly the squashed ones get a nicer texture when they cook the pizza.

They're way easier to eat than massive deli sized pepperonis some places serve since they break apart easy.
