So, if I'm understanding the right, the Ohio legislature is thinking about declaring that the Ohio judiciary is not permitted to make any rulings about whether certain Ohio laws comply with the amended Ohio constitution? Because that seems like a grotesque violation of the whole "separation of powers" concept.
