His response was, "eh... not sure of 'not bowing down to Islam' makes him alt-right." There's a weird paradox there. Like, the guy clearly recognizes alt-right as a bad thing otherwise he wouldn't be trying to downplay it. But obviously not so much that he turns away from the ideology. Like it's about the negative optics rather than any sense of actual decency. --- Depression, self-hatred and suicidal tendencies are not "being edgy."
