Yes, OneMedical provides in-person doctor appointments. The monthly/annual fee is for access to make appointments. It's basically cheap concierge medicine. Your insurance does not cover the membership fee and if you don't have insurance, you would pay the usual exorbitant rates for US medical care. Your copays would apply as usual for your insurance plan (they are probably in-network, but best to check!). They don't have all (most?) specialties, so for some needs, they would be giving you a referral to a specialist, not treating you "in house" (example: colonoscopy).

And how competitive is this with Cuban's company (As Kimberly brought up)

My understanding is that Cost Plus is an online pharmacy (with generally good prices and superior pricing transparency), not a medical provider.
