Even if the military overthrows Trump, we would still be in a scary situation. A military coup in the US would lead to some fucked up shit of its own, unless the military immediately surrenders power. And I don't trust some General who just gained total control, to do that The ideal situation would be a strike not a coup. The military refusing to follow any of his orders but letting civil leaders handle removing him from power. Block_that_Kick posted... But how are they going to react when he orders them to open fire on their own family members who are staging a protest he doesnt like? The odds they are stationed in an area where they have family, that the family attended the protest being shot at, and that the they know their family is in the crowd... my own MAGA family members would use news of protestors getting shot to try and convince me to join Trump for my safety before they self-recognize any issues with Trump. --- "Something's wrong!
