Aside from the first couple of movies, it was more Toyotaro and Toei. Akira Toriyama supervised a lot and gave bullet points. That said, Daima might retcon most of Super as AT is having more direct involvement with overseeing that series. I thought Toriyama only did a couple of character concepts for GT and thats pretty much it? Was that not it? Its so hard to really know whats canon and what isnt in Dragonball.
