What does that even mean? What is "development control"? My whole point was that the world and quests felt special, and you turned it into some other thing.Feeling special is a vibe, not something that can replicated. It's just like saying "but they didn't add my nostalgia!": it's not a thing that can just happen. And the "developmental control" is just another term for what I've been talking about. In something like the battle system/combat it is like how the enemies in XIII are easily the hardest overall as they have the highest control over the power level of the player and make the most use of it.
