| reincarnator07 10/30/23 3:59:28 PM #33: | Been on salary for the last 3 places I've worked, absolutely wouldn't go back to hourly. I work fixed hours though, there is no possibility of overtime or going over my hours. In addition, due to the nature of my current role there can be long stretches of time where work may not be required, meaning I literally get paid at time to sit at home and watch TV.
