So this shit happens. lol no, and killing someone for petty theft is a really, really bad take. The reality is, shop lifting and theft like this are up everywhere. It's a clear sign that society has grown tired of the income equality and are just taking what they want. That, and since virtually all stores enforce a No Confrontation policy when it comes to stuff like this, people have figured they can do this with no consequences. The police in most areas certainly can't keep up.
