2 piece is just Musketeer, you'd use it wherever you could use 2 piece Musketeer. This is why this domain is such high value. Every Nihility DoT unit wants the 4 piece. Technically, if he's on his own, Luka is only going to get 2 stacks of the desired 3 on the enemy. However...if you're running Luka as a Debuffer unit outside of a DoT team, you've almost certainly given him the Pearls of Sweat LC, which means he's reliable achieving 3 debuffs on the enemy.
