if you do, do you drink enough? do you exercise? run, workout, some type of physical activity? 1 of 2 things. You dont do it enough (plus lack of water) or youre over doing it and your body is cramping up due to muscle fatigue. --- I may look calm, but in my head, I've just killed you three times. ...
