I wouldn't be surprised if the number was a lot less but do not be surprised if it was 100-500. Clearly it was a rocket fired from within Gaza and it malfunctioned and fell onto a parking lot. But it was a parking lot right next to a hospital and every hospital in Gaza is basically swarmed with people. You can literally see huge crowds on the streets trying to get into hospitals in Gaza.
