Has Dhalsim-like range with claws, iframe super builder, ambiguous wall mix ups that include command grab option, option select super that only spends bar if it connects, psychic throw range that does crazy damage, and most of his moves are plus on block! If there's any character to learn and be good with in 5-minites, it's Claw.
