This isn't what people do though. I have to use the highway a lot in my state, when it gets to the two lane areas, the left lane just becomes the "I want to speed & go fast lane." People aren't using it to turn, pass slower larger vehicles, or people going the minimum. If assholes want to go 90 they can go to a track, the limit is what it is, & most cases when fords & pickup truck dudes are being douches about it I was already going 5 or 10 over. So if we're ticketing for "hogging" the left lane when you want to stay out of the way of people merging from the right, we aren't at that point & the speeding needs to be addressed first.
