Forgive me for my wall of text and don't let me derail this topic, I just thought this might reassure some Brand New fans the way it did for me. Also Jesse has never made a single effort to come back to the scene (i think Brand New was given the offer to play at the When We Were Young fest and they turned it down) and is by all accounts a great husband and father who was trying to better himself for the better part of two decades. I understand some people not wanting to forgive him regardless or listen to the band anymore but I haven't really let that tarnish the music for me. --- I've decided to put my fears behind me.
