If TC was going the speed limit, how is that "impeding traffic"? I'd understand if they were going way slower than it like an asshole.

As for a hit and run, does it still count as that if the other car intentionally break checked you?

But um I don't think any jury will hold it against you if you run a red light because someone is trying to kill you. Claiming TC just "heard a loud noise" is incredibly disingenuous.
