Now if that Human were to isekai themselves into the fictional characters world, then there's a chance consent could be given.

And why should we give real life marriage benefits to a fake couple? We don't even do that for polygamous relationships, and they're real.

Why should marriage benefits exist at all? In essence, their very existence basically amounts to a singles tax. What makes the members of a married couple more valuable to society than a single person? Especially if they dont have kids.
