Topic	Another person at my dad's workplace was hit by a forklift.

If I was a lawyer in your area I'd be suing for massive damages and trying to get federal felony charges applied... forklifts are no joke Ya, I think he has finally been convinced to call the lawyer but he keeps pushing it off. Pretty sure he doesn't want to. And the second guy seems to be being just as stupid. He wasn't hurt as bad, but he hit his head and didn't get it checked out. Just took 2 days off so his headache would go away. Not even sure if osha was called on that one or if they are trying to sweep it under the rug. --- I am awesome and so are you.
