Not sure about fictosexuals but the guy in the article is real and yes he really did "marry" Hatsune Miku. My first instinct would go and make fun of guys like him (it would be too easy), but another part of me feels sorry for people like him because something must've happened to them in real life that fucked them up soo much they rather live in this fantasy world and take that fantasy world with them in real life.
