I mean, having discussions like and aiming for the biggest opportunities is literally their job, and the content isn't showing any lack of respect either if you ask me. Sure, loosing a big player like Nintendo in a hard market would not be in the best interest of the consumers, but I would expect that every big company has a dozens of mails going around like that.
