Yeah, he would. But he also (correctly) believes that Roe v. Wade is killing their chances with women, and Noem and Lake are both the types to call for a nationwide ban on abortion. So he'll look for someone he can appear more moderate with. Ramaswamy would probably be the guy 100% if his last name were Jones. Ramaswamy is not a moderate at all. Dude wants a 6 week abortion ban. People who are offended that Dobbs (6 week abortion ban in MS) was the deciding case for killing Roe are not going to view him more favorably because he wants that on a national level.
