Topic	What game does asymmetrical multiplayer the best?

More seriously, there's room for two-player modes to be asymmetrical, but the gameplay has to be functionally different. I wouldn't call Mario Kart asymmetrical just because someone picked Bowser while someone picked Toad. That said, if someone makes a level on Mario Maker and then someone else plays it?
