Not sure why you're so bitter about this.

• Neighborhood watch is nothing new.
• I didn't know he was homeless until after the fact.
• The cops were called by someone in the neighborhood because he's a stranger ringing their doorbell at 11:40pm. That doesnt make them bad people.
