The only way that multiple YOUs could exist in different universes is if there's some manner of predestination.
You exist because of a genetic lottery and nothing more. If somebody's father had shot their load fifteen seconds sooner or five seconds later, a different sperm would have likely hit the egg and that person would have been replaced by their sibling.
And if you want to talk about alternate histories, what happens in that timeline where your great-grandfather didn't survive the war? That ends your bloodline. That means no you. Or maybe the war didn't happen because the person most responsible for the war was never born in that universe.
Life isn't a simulation with infinite slight alterations. It's just a series of dice being rolled at the same time and, if literally anything were different, everything we know would be wildly different or wouldn't be at all.
