I can see their point but give me a better explanation for Texas and Florida bussing healthy motivated and exploitable labor to Chicago. Here is the theory. The UAW contract expired and auto workers are on strike. Chicago Mayor is asking Biden to fast track work permits. Both of these are predictable outcomes. The migrants who were bussed to Chicago are primarily Venezuelans and Venezuela has a crashed auto industry.
