As most couples we 50-50 most of our stuff and we never have a problem. Last weekend we were out and she wanted to eat something. I tell her I didnt have enough money and neither did she. Says to put it on credit and shell pay me. So she got paid and asked me for the stuff she owed (bills) me and I put the meal as well and asked for only half.

She acts surprised and says "geez, you're really charging me for that". The amount is a trivial 13 bucks, but its more about the principle since I told her I didnt have money and had to use credit. And also she makes an extra 1k more than me. So I told her how is it going to bother her for holding her accountable for what she told me was going to do.
