It's too vague for that. "Kratos is black" could mean any number of things. It could mean the voice actor is black, for example. Add on to that the fact that Kratos's skin color has varied between media, from darker shades to lighter, and the fact that there has been nothing said definitively in either direction, you can't really call it "misinformation."

Now, if the devs straight up came out and said "Kratos is officially a white guy," then yes, it could be seen as trolling, but they never have, and thus it is a technically disputable idea.

But like I said, it all depends on the pettiness of the mods. I got modded for posting false information as a fact when I said AOC wanted to abolish ICE, which, unlike this situation, is a 100% objective fact. I responded with 10 articles all from different sources and it still got upheld.

So even if before the incident the devs had flat out said Kratos is black, that would still be within the realm of moderation. Would it be a reasonable moderation? Hell no. But sadly, the fact remains that sometimes the mods just refuse to admit theyre wrong.
