Topic	Um... why didn't raditz turn into an oozaru?

I also feel Vegeta didn't need to go oozaru since Goku pretty much had to push his body beyond his limits to match him in strength. It's more of a pride thing, he wants to absolutely crush Goku for drawing blood. --- "Average Joe" is a trolling term since it's completely an opinion.
