Toriyama literally made Bulma expose herself several times to help advance the plot. He don't give af about portrayals of mental illness. He even created a superhero manga where the heroine kept on getting raped so she decided to become a prostitute instead. AT ain't out here worrying about politically correct characters in anything he makes. He just simply forgot about Launch inbetween DB and DBZ. --- Who is?
