I'm asking why the cops had to be so aggressive over shoplifting when they're in prime position to get all the info they need to follow up on this non-violent misdemeanor later. All cops know how to do is escalate, and it gets people killed over bad decisions that otherwise wouldn't have hurt anyone. --- The food here is terrible.
