Karlach as a berserker barbarian has been AMAZING for me. Throw haste on her and she just blasts stuff. I'm running her unarmored with a big 2H axe. Karlach and Lae'zel work really well together, especially if you go Wildheart for Karlach and give her Wolf Heart.
