If an employee cannot make ends meet, it can't possibly be that they are being exploited. It's just that they are lazy and need to prove themselves by sacrificing more of themselves. He also glamorizes appalling work conditions as a necessity to the job and not as something to be addressed. He would praise a miner for contracting black lung like a real man before even suggesting that management install better filters to protect their workers. --- "But who prays for Satan?
