It was super annoying No staffed checkouts were open. It was self-service only Then they've bought alcohol, so an assistant has to come over and enter their passcode. And then it's 'unexpected item in the bagging area'. And then they can't find the pictures for honeydew melon and that cake they got from the bakery. And then they spend 5 minutes fumbling for their Nectar card.
