Did a stint in the psych ward some five years ago. Long story short, I was voluntarily committed and was supposed to be in there for 3 days. I was there for 6. One "doctor", and I use that term very loosely, wasn't keen on listening to what I had to say. Useless. The next day, I had a different "doctor", who also couldn't care less about me. The day I was supposed to be released was a holiday, and said that the original doctor had to sign off on me leaving, but couldn't because of said holiday. Also blamed me for my condition and situation, saying "You came to us for help". Bullshit.

It may have been a mixed blessing that both of these "doctors" were via telehealth. There's a lot more to the story than just what I posted, but I was not in a good headspace then and would've jumped at the chance to throttle both of them.
